Upload your read count table as a tab-delimited text file (.txt) or its compressed format (.zip). The sample names must be in first row starting with "#NAME" label. A small example data is shown below:

Feature (OTU/ASV) names can contain taxanomy labels, for example:
k__Bacteria;p__Firmicutes;c__Clostridia;o__Clostridiales;f__Ruminococcaceae
Note, the taxanomy levels must be separated by semicolons ";" to be recognized.

Upload your taxonomy table in tab-delimited text (.txt) or comma-seperated values (.csv) format. The feature names must be in first column starting with "#TAXONOMY" label and they should match with feature names provided in OTU abundance file. Taxonomic classification of features has to be present in first row. A small example data is shown below:
